With Accounting Service Plus your community is assigned a CAM who acts as a liaison in regards to accounting, budgeting and collections. The Community’s Board of Directors manages the day-to-day operations of the association; oversees the contracted vendors; responds to member requests, etc. Occasionally the community may require the assistance of the CAM—SGT can provide these services on an “as-needed” basis for an additional fee. We offer onsite LCAM or a Portfolio LCAM within your budget.
