Catherine’s daily motto is to enjoy life, at no-one else’s expense! She was born in New York to parents of French/Italian and Spanish descent. Starting working when she was 15 years old to support her family. She is an well traveled entrepreneur who has an innovative business idea, who is willing to take the risk of implementing the idea, and who also takes on the role as leader of the company and organization - assuming full responsibility for its execution, success, or failure.
She manages your Community as a business and is able to still give the personal touch and needs to our community membership, residents, tenants and visitors. She is very conscientious and well-balance professional women with an open-door policy. She always gives the necessary effort to successfully complete the challenge at hand and demonstrated the ability in using problem solving skills when any issue arose. Catherine understands and knows how to get along with the Board of Directors, its membership, tenants, visitors, vendors and establishes a solid business relationship.
After more than 25 years in the Association Management and Hospitality field, working for a few “Elite” Developers and Property Management firms in Miami/Orlando Areas; Catherine figured it was time to open a Property Management firm became her new calling. Within weeks, several communities came calling for the Manager they had grown to love for years of loyal service, immense HOA knowledge and personal charisma. They were unhappy with their current Property Management firms that presented them “The Songs and Pony Dance Political Speeches”.
Soon, and with only two pieces of advice from friends and families, “always do things the right way and treat your staff like gold". It’s time to own your business!
With new-found energy, Catherine and SGT Property Management LLC quickly launch the company’s Property Management and Maintenance division in 2018 with two (2) other professionals, that are connoisseurs in Human Resources and as a Director of Facilities with combined expertise of over 45 years; therefore, providing SGT communities with affordable and trustworthy hand to hand Property Management that provides exceptionally personalized services to its clients.
We soon will be adding the “Living Magazine” to the SGT portfolio. Mailed free of charge, SGT Living Magazine is designed to educate the home or condominium owner on association news, board procedures and legal processes, as well as providing a myriad of uplifting stories highlighting the many remarkable residents living within the communities SGT manages.
Catherine and SGT family will not be stopping there. In late 2018, we plan to support families that need a little extra assistance due to an illness or job loss, the SGT Gives Back Foundation will be formed. The Foundation, made up of volunteer staff members from SGT and other vendors, will be hosting several events each year to raise funds designed to assist families in the communities SGT manages that clients will be invited to attend as well. Providing meals and gifts for families in need during the holidays; landscaping or mowing the lawn of an elderly or sick home owner; or by assisting with utility bills for those in danger of losing service are just a few ways to show that SGT truly does want to be a part of your community.
